Reasonably spacious hotel with new-fashioned rooms and most importantly, outstandingly friendly and super friendly staff. A wide array of food at the continental breakfast. Great and incredible location, back in the Pittsburgh area.

The continental breakfast was a bonus. The private parking was outside, impeccable service.

Neat, ideal hotel with fabulously friendly staff with another manager. Unbeatable, excellent location in the adjacent area. So close to home of Pirates baseball, and casino, ballpark, local attractions like Gateway Clipper and the incline planes.

We were very pleased with the clean and immaculate room with an incredible view of the main entrance to the stadium. All of the staff was cordial and kind.

The location was marvellous and incredible - ease of access to Pittsburgh Water Steps. The rooms were modern and well-designed and had down pillows. The bathroom was clean with bathtubs.

The location of the hotel was magnificent, to a baseball or football in pittsburgh. And we were really close to beautiful riverside park with w/hike and bike trails, all downtown areas and nearby restaurants, a grocery store, and attractions.

Loved a lounge and nightstands in the room. The view here was great.

The hotel was neat and had outstandingly friendly staff with another manager. The setting was magnificent, so close to river, football or baseball and good bars and restaurants and the Steelers stadiums. Furthermore, close to the center of town if you like walking.

Pity, but the beds were a little hard.

It was as expected, had a very good stay on a vacation instead of a doctor visit.

Nice building and rooms with a two-sided fireplace where guests gather or eat the complimentary breakfast. A lounge, a kitchenette area, and nightstands in the bedroom. Magnificent location in the downtown area, adjacent to the Benedum Center for the Performing Arts and downtown sights like the Benedum Center for the Performing Arts, Market Square, Penguins PPG Paints Arena, and the Strip District.

The staff was helpful, providing an excellent service. Overall rooms where nicely furnished and well-equipped and had a lounge and nightstands. Got a great breakfast included.

The location was perfect and magnificent, close to Pittsburgh Water Steps. The breakfast was great with a huge variety of delicious options. The staff were attentive and helpful and check-in was easy.
